Loyalty program terms and conditions

DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE AYUR-VANA LOYALTY PROGRAM

The purpose of this document is to set out the general conditions and operation of the loyalty program set up by AYur-vana (a trading name of Conseil Organisation Distribution Ergonomie, headquartered at 177 rue de Paris 95680 Montlignon, registered in the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register under number 409 026 713) for its customers and potential customers. Any person joining this loyalty program will be referred to below as a Participant.

Inclusion in the Loyalty Program implies that the Participant expressly accepts and adheres unreservedly to these terms and conditions.

The AYur-vana Loyalty Program begins on November 27, 2023 at 05:15 pm. Any order placed before this date will not be subject to this program and will therefore not earn loyalty points.

1) Loyalty program description

The Loyalty Program is based on the accumulation and use of loyalty points obtained following a purchase on the AYur-vana website or through offers proposed by AYur-vana or any partner officially recognized as acting on behalf of and for the brand.

To earn points, you must have a customer account on the AYur-vana website. All points accumulated can be found on the account in the "My loyalty points" area.

Accumulated loyalty points can be used at any time to reduce the cost of an order. They are easily added to the Shopping Cart page, under the heading "Use loyalty points" (only visible to users logged in to their account).

For each order placed, the potential number of loyalty points that can be accumulated by purchasing the product or placing the order is indicated on the product and basket pages.

2) Loyalty program membership

Any natural person of legal age can join the loyalty program by creating an account on the AYur-vana website via the registration form. Membership is automatic and free of charge.

AYur-vana reserves the right to verify the age of any person wishing to join the Loyalty Program by a reliable means that proves that the member has the minimum age required.

3) Earn loyalty points

Once registered on the AYur-vana website, each Participant can accumulate points by placing an order on the same site.

For each € spent, 1 loyalty point is accumulated. Points are calculated on the total amount of the order, including VAT, excluding shipping costs and discounts, rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Points are only credited once the order has been validated by AYur-vana Customer Service.

It is possible to accumulate points through actions proposed by the AYur-vana brand or partners clearly identified as acting on behalf of and for AYur-vana.

Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or their value in kind.

AYur-vana Customer Service also reserves the right to act on a participant's accumulated points balance when justified.

For example (non-exhaustive list):

  • When the participant has taken advantage of an exceptional offer to earn loyalty points, Customer Service can then credit the balance with the number of points announced.
    If the order on the AYur-vana website has not been completed, but has been placed, Customer Service can credit the balance directly to the customer's account, according to the points calculation method.
    When the participant requests the return of their order, the points accumulated for this order can then be deducted from their customer account in proportion to the products returned.

    AYur-vana Customer Service will modify the loyalty points balance within 2 working days of confirmation of the addition or deduction of points.

4) Using loyalty points

The points obtained by the Participant will be accumulated in the Participant's balance accessible from his/her customer account. They can then be used for future purchases under the following conditions:

1 loyalty point is equivalent to a market value of €0.10.
On each order, a minimum of 50 loyalty points is required to use the points balance, and it is not possible to use more than 1,000 loyalty points.
Loyalty points cannot be used to cover shipping costs.
It is possible to use loyalty points accumulated with an offer code or other occasional discounts.
The use of loyalty points simply reduces the final amount of the order but does not prevent the accumulation of points on the order in question (if the amount after reduction excluding shipping costs is greater than 1€).
All points not used on an order remain available in the loyalty points balance.
Cancellation of an order, failure or default of payment and return of the totality of the products allow the recovery of the loyalty points used on the order but also deducted from the balance of the loyalty points earned with this order.

Loyalty points are used and accumulated in whole numbers, rounded down.

5) Tracking loyalty points

Once the order has been validated by AYur-vana, the Participant will be able to consult his/her points balance in his/her customer account in the "My loyalty points" section. By default, he/she will receive an e-mail informing him/her of the points earned on each order. If they do not wish to receive notifications, they can unsubscribe in their customer account, in the "My loyalty points" section, by unchecking the "Receive an e-mail when I earn points" box.

The Participant will also be able to view point movements in his/her customer account ("My loyalty points" section), and in particular the expiry date of these points.

On the product pages of the AYur-vana website, each user can see the number of points they could earn by purchasing the product in question.

On the Shopping Cart page, users can see how many loyalty points they'll earn if they place an order.

6) Validity of loyalty points

Loyalty points earned on a purchase are valid for a period of one year from the date of the order. The Participant will be informed of the expiry of points by e-mail 30 days, 7 days and then 1 day before they expire. If they do not wish to receive notifications, they can unsubscribe in their customer account, in the "My loyalty points" section, by unchecking the "Receive an e-mail when points are about to expire" box.

7) Unsubscribe from Loyalty Program

If the Participant wishes to unsubscribe from the AYur-vana Loyalty Program, he/she must contact Customer Service at contact@ayurvana.fr, clearly indicating his/her wish to no longer be part of the Program.

Unsubscription procedure may take up to 7 working days.

Once unsubscription has taken place, the balance of loyalty points accumulated will still be available until the use or expiration of the loyalty points. But it will not be possible to accumulate more points.

8) Changes and cancellations

AYur-vana reserves the right to unilaterally modify the general terms and conditions of its loyalty program. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the latest version of the general terms and conditions applicable to the Loyalty Program will be available on the AYur-vana website.

AYur-vana also reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Loyalty Program, in which case Participants will be informed via the website, an email or a call.

In the event of cancellation of the Loyalty Program, Participants will have a maximum of 30 days to use their accumulated loyalty points, failing which such points will be forfeited.

In the event of force majeure, the Loyalty Program may be suspended or cancelled without notice to Participants.

Modification or cancellation of the Loyalty Program by AYur-vana will not entitle the Participant to any compensation whatsoever.

9) Responsibility

Participation in the Loyalty Program requires compliance with these terms and conditions. Accordingly, AYur-vana reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Loyalty Program, and to cancel any associated benefits or advantages, in the event that a Participant engages in conduct that constitutes a breach of these terms and conditions. AYur-vana will eliminate the Participant from the Loyalty Program without notice and by whatever means it deems most appropriate, without the Participant being entitled to any compensation, in particular in the following cases :

in the event of fraud or attempted fraud
inappropriate use of the Loyalty Program.
in the event of actions aimed at altering the proper operation of the Loyalty Program.

AYur-vana cannot guarantee the availability and continuous operation of the Loyalty Program, in particular due to the various maintenance operations that may be carried out on the website. Insofar as possible, AYur-vana will inform the Participant of any interruption in the operation of the Loyalty Program. In this respect, AYur-vana assumes no liability for damages of any kind that may arise due to the lack of availability or continuity of the Loyalty Program.

10) Personal data processing

E-mail communications by AYur-vana within the framework of the loyalty program will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the Participant's customer account.

If for any reason whatsoever, this email address malfunctions or is no longer valid, AYur-vana declines all responsibility associated with a lack or absence of communication.
