This ayurvedic massage oil is particularly adapted to the people of Kapha type. People of Kapha constitution tend to accumulate toxins, to store water, to have a slow blood circulation, a skin which lacks tonicity and a certain frilosity.
Theoil of massage ayurvedic Kapha is 100% on base of oil of sesame in which macerated the Indian plants indicated below. Essential oil of cinnamon completes this preparation.

Ginger: antioxidant, stimulant and fortifying
Turmeric: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, blood purifier
Centella asiatica : improves blood circulation
Black pepper: circulatory tonic, warms, stimulates muscles
Cinnamon essential oil: energizing and balancing
Good to know: Sesame oil is the most famous and most used oil in Ayurvedic massages. It is softening, antioxidant, nourishing, toning, rich in essential fatty acids and promotes skin elasticity. It is also appreciated in hair care as it limits the appearance of white hair, with a head massage once or twice a week.
