Homemade chai tea latte to comfort but also stimulate

Chai latte is a hot drink that has its origins in the Indian tradition of chai tea. It is a mixture of black tea, milk, sugar and spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom and sometimes black pepper.
It is often served sweetened, but the sugar level can be adjusted according to individual preferences.
Chai latte is loved for its rich, spicy taste, as well as its comforting heat. It is often consumed as an alternative to coffee for those looking for a hot, stimulating beverage, but want to avoid too much caffeine or simply vary their beverage options.
Although Starbucks' tchai latte gets a lot of attention, there's nothing better than making your own homemade tchai latte! Although chai latte is often consumed hot, it is also possible to drink it cold. Either way, this recipe will take you on a real journey of the senses!
